New shares can be created directly from My Shares or Storage from web application or mobile app or even directly from your local PC/Laptop using our Desktop App. Using My Shares to create new shares does not require you to store the files before sharing. Also another benefit of using My Shares is there is no upload limit.
On Web app
- Select the file to share and drag and drop into My Share screen
- Add notes, Set the expiration date (this is specifically informing the Pinning Service to keep the file available and delete the file soon as the file is expired.
- Set the permission for the file whether recipient can download or not
- Finally,
- If the file is confidential and you want to encrypt it then turn ON Encryption and set password before clicking on PIN AND SHARE
In case you accidentally added a wrong file then you can remove it by just clicking on X or move the mouse over to Green tick if its already upload complete and click on X.
Depending on 3 preferences (Size of the file, Expiration Date and Encryption) the pricing of Fuel token is calculated. Ensure you have enough fuel tokens before PIN AND SHARE
Use the copy functionality to copy the encryption password to Clipboard.
Click on PIN AND SHARE
Copy share link and choose your favorite app to paste the share link
On Desktop app:
Sharing using Desktop app is even more convenient way. Just ensure you have Log In to the app.
To share from desktop simply select file that want to share and right click on that file and select Pin & Share
Clicking on Pin & Share will open the Share preferences including any file that was in the queue.
On android and iOS
Creating share is via AXEL Go app. Simply Log In and tap on Green + button to open the option whether you want to directly use the Camera to upload files or want to upload via files stored in your device.
Using Storage or CloudLocker to share files
Storage is to save your files first before sharing it. To share files from Online Storage or CloudLocker use the context menu
