Yes. Password and Passphrase both are critical for the security of your account and also to the wallet it holds, due to this built-in security feature if you forgot your password or have not set the passphrase then we cannot recover your password or passphrase

If the file is pinned then you can no longer recover the files. If the files is saved in online storage or CloudLocker then the deleted files can be recovered from Trash.

Yes, pinning service no longer holds the file as important and the system removes it
