- Using Contact Support
- Download AXEL Go crash log on your iOS device
Option 1 – Using Contact Support
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Contact Support
- Tap on Send
Option 2 – Download AXEL Go crash log on your iOS device
Reproduce the crash or issue first and then
Open iPhone Settings
Click on Privacy
Select Analytics
Select Analytics Data
Search for the name ‘AXEL Go’
You will find crash logs with the date
